Description
As a member of the Development team, the
GRC Technical and Functional Associate Solution Consultant is responsible for understanding, analyzing, designing, and implementing customer business requirements for GRC Multi-Tenant (MT) implementations. The role also supports GRC showcase initiatives for existing Infor customers.
GRC Technical and Functional Associate Solution Consultant is responsible for understanding, analyzing, designing, and implementing customer business requirements for GRC Multi-Tenant (MT) implementations. The role also supports GRC showcase initiatives for existing Infor customers.
The position involves close collaboration with customers, project managers, product management, product architects, developers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to deliver effective GRC solutions. The role provides an opportunity to work across both functional and technical aspects of GRC implementations and operates under moderate supervision.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
GRC Implementations:
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand business processes, requirements, and expectations, and prepare the necessary functional and technical documentation.
- Analyze customer requirements and design appropriate GRC solutions aligned with business needs and product capabilities.
- Configure, develop, build, deploy, and test GRC solutions within customer tenants.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer training.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to investigate and resolve issues and implement enhancements identified during the implementation lifecycle.
- Support customers during Go-Live and Post-Go-Live activities to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of the solution.
- Work closely with the Project Management team to support the successful and timely delivery of implementation projects.
- Participate in troubleshooting, testing, validation, and solution optimization activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
GRC Showcase:
- Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and prepare functional and technical documentation as required.
- Design, configure, build, deploy, and test GRC solutions within customer tenants.
- Prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to address issues and enhancements identified during showcase projects.
- Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure successful and timely delivery of showcase initiatives.
- Support the creation and refinement of reusable GRC solution capabilities and demonstrations for existing and prospective customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, application support, or a related field; product implementation experience is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Risk Management, cybersecurity, and access controls is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and work with Multi-Tenant (MT) cloud-based software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a global, cross-functional team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, products, and GRC concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS environments.
- Understanding of software implementation methodologies and the implementation lifecycle.
- Familiarity with access governance, risk assessment, compliance, or internal controls.
- Experience working with customers or cross-functional technical teams is an added advantage.
