Technical (Solution) Lead

You might be our missing piece if you have:

• Proven experience working with TypeScript, Node.js and Angular

• Strong background as a Software Engineer and/or Technical Lead

• Solid understanding of software architectures and APIs

• Proven experience working closely with both business stakeholders and engineering teams

• Ability to analyze requirements and structure complex technical topics

• Ability to translate business and production needs into digital product features and technical specifications

• Experience shaping solution design and guiding technical implementation for development teams

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and requirements engineering

• Solution-oriented mindset, sense of ownership and proactive attitude

• A sense of belonging while reading about our culture

We would be thrilled if you have:

• Familiarity with IIoT platforms is a plus

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Facilitation and presentation skills

• High willingness to learn in a technologically dynamic environment

We will be working together on:

• Discussing and clarifying business requirements with stakeholders and translating them into clear technical tasks for the development team

• Defining and driving solution implementation, owning all technical topics across a distributed team (±4h CEST)

• Providing technical guidance, especially to less experienced developers, and ensuring alignment with existing architecture and best practices
