Senior Technical Lead – Static Software Analysis & SW Quality

It is in Body & Comfort E/E domain that we are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Senior Technical lead – Static Software Analyst
Responsibilities
· Conduct static code analysis using specialized tools to identify software defects, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues
· Analyze and review code to ensure compliance with coding standards, maintainability, and scalability
· Integrate static code analysis tools into the CI/CD pipeline to automate code analysis and vulnerability scanning processes
· Configure and customize static code analysis tools to meet specific project requirements
· Continuously monitor and maintain the health and performance of static code analysis tools
· Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the availability and scalability of code analysis infrastructure
· Develop and maintain scripts and plugins to automate static code analysis workflows and tool integrations
· Work closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve identified code defects and vulnerabilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate static code analysis into the software development lifecycle
· Establish and maintain documentation on static code analysis practices, configurations, and best practices
· Provide training and support to development teams on static code analysis tools, processes, and remediation techniques
· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in code analysis tools and techniques, coding standards and Devops practices
Necessary qualification
· Strong experience in Software development including Static SW Analysis using Polyspace, Astree, and Coverity in Model based Software development, Handwritten Embedded C, Auto-generated code from DaVinci Config & Developer
· Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as C/C++, Python, Matlab Simulink etc..
· In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and coding standards like MISRA C/C++, Cert C/C++, Autosar
· Experience in establishing the Static Software analysis infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines
· Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies, automated testing frameworks, version control systems, and agile practices
· Good communication & interpersonal skills, Go–Getter and stakeholder management
· Knowledge of DevOps and SAFE principles, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab
· Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, explain technical constraints, and drive issue closure.
· Ownership mindset with attention to quality, maintainability, standardization, and long-term platform sustainability.
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualification
· Domain experience in automotive software, embedded systems, AUTOSAR, Software unit verification & qualification.
· Experience in establishing the Static Software analysis infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines
· Knowledge of DevOps and SAFE principles, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab
· Exposure to requirements management, test automation, traceability, dashboards, metrics, or quality reporting.
· Ability to mentor junior engineers, conduct technical reviews, and drive best-practice adoption across teams.
· Experience working in globally distributed teams and communicating with senior technical stakeholders.
