Technical Support Engineer (Avaya / NICE Engage /Oracle Siebel, 5 days work)

Job Duties:
- Hard phone install, setup and fault handling to work with voice support if need.
- Physical servers, server farm and virtual machines 1st tier support.
Job Requirement:
- F.5 or above
- At least 1 year' experience in in contact centre system development and/or support and maintenance services
- Familiar with Avaya OR NICE Engage, and Oracle Siebel
