Job duties :
- Provide on-site trouble-shooting and installation on both hardware and software
- Perform system maintenance tasks such as system upgrade, database backup, data archive
- Perform hardware maintenance tasks such as regular check, parts replacement, firmware upgrade
- Provide user training especially focus on human resource application
- Analysis user needs and report to manager
Requirements :
- Solid knowledge of computer systems, IT hardware and networking concepts;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure;
- Alternative Saturday and perform shift/overtime work as needed.
