Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance training curricula and learning materials for Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for end users.
  • Provide day-to-day product support and guidance to users managing websites and digital content.
  • Assist with website migration efforts from legacy CMS platforms to modern content management systems.
  • Create user documentation, training guides, knowledge base articles, and instructional materials.
  • Communicate system updates, planned enhancements, known issues, and best practices through multiple communication channels.
  • Collaborate with UX, development, and business teams to improve usability and user adoption.
  • Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability analysis to enhance digital experiences.
  • Support information architecture and web content organization initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of platform enhancements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience developing and managing technical training programs and curricula.
  • Experience delivering employee training and user education.
  • Strong understanding of web design, user interfaces (UI), and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Knowledge of information architecture concepts.
  • Experience with user journey mapping, user studies, and journey pathing.
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Hands-on experience with Contentful CMS.
  • Experience using training development software and learning tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HCL Web Content Manager (WCM).
  • Experience supporting enterprise or government digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with public sector processes, regulations, or compliance environments.
  • Experience with digital asset management platforms such as Cloudinary.
  • Familiarity with Form.io, Audience Manager, or Developer Portal tools.
