Your role in our Team
Preparing, conducting, and evaluating training sessions and workshops on software topics-both in-house and at client sites
Conducting technical content to international audiences with varying levels of prior knowledge
Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving training materials and learning material in collaboration with our content management team
Establishing and further developing train-the-trainer programs in an international setting, supporting colleagues with technical inquiries and training needs
In consultation with your manager, you will independently develop software for projects, emulate it, and contribute to the commissioning of systems through to final acceptance
Close collaboration with functional departments such as R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Service
Your profile
At least a completed vocational training program or degree in computer science
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in software development (C#, DELPHI, relational databases, and optionally PL/SQL)
Ideally, several years of experience in intralogistics, material handling, or warehouse technology
Passion for knowledge transfer and teaching skills, including an international setting; ideally, training as an instructor (which we are also happy to provide)
Very good written and spoken English, and ideally knowledge of additional languages
