e Own end-to-end delivery of IT programs — roadmap, budget, resource plans, risks, and milestone tracki
ngDefine and govern program scope with clear business outcomes tied to telecom and IoT KP
IsCoordinate across product management, engineering, network operations, and vendor teams for on-time, on-budget releas
esLead steering committee reviews, executive reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment sessio
nsEstablish and maintain Agile/SAFe delivery cadence including PI planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectiv
esManage program dependencies, escalation paths, and risk mitigation strategies proactive

t Translate telecom BSS/OSS business requirements into actionable IT system changes and configurations within Client Platfo
