Infosys is seeking an
Android Developer
who will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design. This role will play an important part in creating high‑level design artifacts, delivering high‑quality code deliverables for a module, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of
Toronto/Mississauga, Ontario
or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of one year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in Android Development.
At least 4 years of experience with the Kotlin and Java programming languages.
Exposure to hybrid mobile technology Flutter.
Good experience in project life cycle activities on development projects.
Experience with cloud platforms and backend technologies relevant to mobile development is a plus.
Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
Experience in Telecom domain.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Expertise in Kotlin and Java programming languages.
In‑depth understanding of modern design patterns like MVVM, Viper, and Dagger.
Strong experience with Android Studio development environment.
Proven ability to write unit and integration tests using relevant frameworks.
Experience integrating and utilizing third‑party libraries and SDKs effectively.
Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and work within a cross‑functional team.
A passion for building user‑centric and high‑quality mobile applications.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

$ 92740 to $
