Strong hands-on experience with Java and object-oriented design
Experience designing and building cloud-native applications
Practical experience with AWS services and architecture
Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as SQS, SNS, Kafka, or EventBridge
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience with microservices or distributed service-oriented systems
Experience with Docker and container-based development
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD
Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to define detailed design and translate requirements into technical solutions
Familiarity with security best practices, IAM, encryption, and secrets management
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
