We are seeking a Technology Lead PLM Implementation to join our team.

This role will involve designing, implementing, administering, and optimizing enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Teamcenter. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Teamcenter infrastructure architecture, PLM implementation, system administration, enterprise integrations, database management, performance optimization, and infrastructure scalability, along with a passion for delivering robust PLM solutions that support engineering and product development operations.

Job Description:

Trilyon is seeking an experienced Technology Lead PLM Implementation to lead the architecture, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise Teamcenter environments. The Technology Lead PLM Implementation will be responsible for designing scalable and secure Teamcenter infrastructure solutions, managing enterprise PLM environments, and supporting critical engineering and product lifecycle processes.

The Technology Lead PLM Implementation will collaborate with engineering, product development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to ensure the successful deployment and operation of Teamcenter solutions while maintaining performance, security, reliability, and scalability across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

PLM Architecture & Infrastructure Design

Design and manage Teamcenter infrastructure architecture, including application servers, web servers, databases, integrations, and supporting components.
Develop scalable, secure, and highly available PLM environments that meet enterprise requirements.
Define architecture standards, deployment strategies, and infrastructure best practices.
Create infrastructure roadmaps supporting future growth and business objectives.
Evaluate and recommend technology enhancements for Teamcenter environments.

Teamcenter Implementation & Administration

Lead end-to-end Teamcenter implementation projects from initial setup through production deployment.
Install, configure, and administer Teamcenter environments.
Perform Teamcenter implementation from scratch, including environment setup, configuration, and customization.
Support environment migrations, upgrades, and platform modernization initiatives.
Manage Teamcenter system configurations and administration activities.

Performance Optimization & Support

Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of Teamcenter environments.
Perform performance tuning for application servers, databases, and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and integration-related issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
Ensure system reliability, availability, and operational excellence.

Infrastructure & Database Management

Manage Teamcenter-related server infrastructure and database environments.
Coordinate backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Implement security controls and access management policies.
Ensure database performance, integrity, and scalability.
Support enterprise monitoring and infrastructure governance initiatives.

Enterprise Integrations

Design and manage integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with engineering, ERP, and business application teams.
Support data exchange, workflow automation, and interoperability requirements.
Ensure seamless connectivity between PLM and related enterprise systems.
Validate integration performance and reliability.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support enterprise PLM operations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making processes.
Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
Support project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience:

10+ years of experience in PLM implementation, Teamcenter administration, infrastructure architecture, or enterprise application support.
Extensive experience implementing Teamcenter from scratch.
Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale Teamcenter environments.
Strong background in infrastructure design, administration, and performance optimization.
