Project tracking & execution
Solution implementation & documentation
Conflict resolution & stakeholder management
Requirements :
1-3 years of customer-facing experience
Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent
Fluency in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus!)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Business acumen & customer service orientation
Certifications (CCNP, PMP) are a plus!
Job Types : Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $50,000.00 per month
