Responsibilities
- Strategically develop scalable test automation solutions using JavaScript and Node.js frameworks
- Guide manual testing efforts to complement automated testing for holistic coverage
- Architect and maintain JavaScript-based automated test suites to ensure robust testing pipelines
- Analyze test results to identify system inefficiencies, defects, and performance areas needing improvement
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business goals
- Participate in key sprint activities, including planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release readiness
- Mentor team members in addressing testing challenges and refining workflows
Requirements :
- 5+ years of professional experience in test automation with JavaScript across enterprise-level systems
- 1 year or more of relevant leadership experience
- Advanced expertise in test automation frameworks, including Selenium, Jest, Mocha, and Chai
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript with the capability to architect test codebases
- In-depth knowledge of advanced QA principles, test automation frameworks, and software testing life cycles
- Showcase of directing E2E testing strategies for UI workflows and backend service validation
- Background in collaboration within Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Understanding of integrating manual and automated testing methods for comprehensive product assurance
- Skills in designing modular, maintainable, and efficient enterprise test scripts
- Competency in debugging, optimizing, and scaling test solutions for organizational objectives
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities with a detail-oriented, quality-focused mindset
- Proficiency in English communication (B2+ level or higher) with experience driving collaborative discussions
