Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in enterprise software quality assurance, manual testing, and test automation.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks utilizing Selenium, TestNG, and Java.
- Experience with REST API testing, SOAP web services, and Postman validation tools.
- Experience in Salesforce application testing, mobile app testing, and Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
- Experience with SQL for backend database validation, data integrity checks, and JSON/XML verification.
- Experience in public sector human services systems, Medicaid eligibility, or benefits administration software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, and Java frameworks.
- Perform manual, functional, regression, system integration, and API testing on enterprise applications.
- Validate backend data integrity using SQL queries, database assertions, and JSON/XML response parsing.
- Test web services and REST APIs utilizing Postman and automated test suites.
- Log, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution using Jira in Agile development cycles.
- Build and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Partner with developers, business analysts, and solution architects during sprint planning and test execution.
