What You'll Do

As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in product verification and validation by designing, developing, and executing test strategies that ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for product verification.
  • Design and build test fixtures to ensure accurate and repeatable test setups.
  • Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on products and systems.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports, identifying issues and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve product performance issues.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate test documentation and records.
  • Support product development teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality is built into every stage.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing, preferably within a product development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of test development, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages such as Python, Selenium, or C#.
  • Ability to work safely with high-voltage systems (60V–480V).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of networking systems.
  • Understanding of electrical systems and power quality.
  • Experience with MS Excel VBA macros and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working with cloud-based applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
