We have an excellent opportunity for a talented professional interested in making a difference in our Test Development team in Giunti Psychometrics. About the Role The Test Item Developer will be based in Florence HQ (hybrid mode is possible) and will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals. We are looking for a self-driven and highly collaborative professional. She/he will be part of the Bulk Selections team and will work with leading Universities and Institutions. She/he will have a crucial role in ensuring we develop for our clients the best ad-hoc aptitude/ability tests to guarantee an effective and efficient assessment process and a great candidate experience. His/Her responsibilities will include: * Follow the end-to-end process of creating an ad-hoc aptitude or ability test * Create item-banks and being able to manage them in an online database * Review tests created by external stakeholders * Analyze data after tests’ administration and create custom reports on results Who we are looking for: * Very good knowledge of basic notions of scientific school subjects, such as: Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, etc. * High sense of detail * Critical thinking * Reliability, flexibility, and great interpersonal skills * Curiosity and openness * Aptitude with teamworking and meeting deadlines * Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint in particular) * Very good knowledge of written English * Fluency in Italian and English What we offer: * Development of high-level technical expertise in a leading Company * International and stimulating work environment * Exposure and hands-on experience * The opportunity to be part of the transformation journey of a growing global company Equal Opportunity Statement Giunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
