As an engineer on our team, you’ll work with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Air Force to develop, rapidly deploy, and integrate modifications on legacy aircraft platforms across the aerospace enterprise. Your customer will trust you to not only test, analyze, evaluate, validate, and verify these systems, but also identify areas requiring urgent mitigation up front and early to develop this system with advanced technology solutions. You Have- 5+ years of experience supporting government developmental test and evaluation
- 5+ years of experience performing test, evaluation, and integration on Defense Acquisition Programs
- 5+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment developing test strategies, plans, reports, or briefings and participating in test execution, verification, or analysis
- Experience supporting overall engineering integration of systems engineering and integration efforts for the DoD government agencies
- Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
- Ability to define, maintain, and execute large‑scale system test plans and overarching test and evaluation strategy documents
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have
- Experience with portfolio and program verification, interoperability, and certification
- Experience planning, executing, and reporting on Lead Developmental Test Organization or Operational Test Authority (OTA) organizations and related activities
- Experience planning and executing program reviews throughout the lifecycle of the system
- Experience with Deficiency Review Boards (DRB)
- Experience using a Model‑Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
- Bachelor’s degree
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification
- Completion of the Test Manager A/B Course and TST 1100 and TST 2040 Air Force courses

Salary will be determined based on various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
