Job Location: - Singapore

Experience: -3+ Years of project management experience in test and validation

Job Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Manage software/firmware deliverables, validation schedules, and releases (SW, drivers, BIOS, EC, HW drivers).
• Align with system and cross-functional teams for SW/FW/Test readiness.
• Oversee internal teams, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
• Define workflows, engagement models, and governance structures for validation.
• Review and consolidate validation data; communicate readiness to stakeholders.
• Triage and prioritize issues (3LS, DCRs, OBS) and drive resolution efficiency.
• Track risks, identify process improvements, and implement solutions.
• Govern and execution through audits, RACI models, and milestone tracking.

Job Skills & Requirements: -

• Bachelor s or Master s in CS, CE, EE, Software Engineering, or related.
• 3+ years of project management experience in test and validation.
• PMP and/or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SW/FW architecture and hardware integration.
• Experience in test planning, debugging, and CI/CD.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and senior-level communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
