Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the company’s Azure infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Implement and manage DevSecOps practices in collaboration with development and operations teams to enhance the efficiency, security, and workflow integration in Azure infrastructure. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain vulnerability management processes. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing activities. Requirements/Expectations:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven experience in infrastructure administration, with a focus on Azure DevSecOps methodologies. Extensive hands-on experience in managing Azure infrastructure services, including but not limited to App Services, Azure Functions, and Network Security Groups (NSG). Proficient in setting up and managing Azure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including build and release pipelines for deploying Azure resources and services. Experience with managing and configuring Azure system-assigned and user-assigned managed identities, ensuring secure access and proper role-based access control (RBAC). Proficiency in configuring and managing Azure networking components, including Virtual Networks (VNet), Subnets, NSG, Private Links, Virtual Network Peering, and DNS configurations. Experience in managing network security for Azure environments, including NSG rules, Application Security Groups (ASGs), and firewall configurations. In-depth knowledge of service integrations and automation within the Azure ecosystem, leveraging tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation, or ARM/Bicep templates for infrastructure provisioning. Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting Azure resources using tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. Experience with scripting and automating Azure tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform to manage and optimize cloud resources. Responsible for opening and managing ServiceNow tickets related to Azure infrastructure components, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders. Effective communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders on infrastructure changes, incidents, and service improvements in an Azure environment.
