Job Title
Participant will be enrolled in a one-year Machine/Tool Processes program through Dunwoody College, with tuition fully sponsored by the company. While actively completing coursework, apprentices will work on 1st shift to support job shadowing and mentorship alongside experienced toolmakers, building foundational skills in a hands-on environment. Following successful completion of the schooling program, apprentices will transition into an off-shift Toolmaker role, where they will apply their training more independently and support ongoing toolroom operations.
What You Need:
- HS Diploma and able to take classes and work towards an AAS degree in Tool & Die
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good organizational and basic math skills
- Reliable, regular attendance and a strong safety mindset
