Job Title
Location: Edison, NJ Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps and assess company requirements
- Recommend solutions based on findings
- Apply adult learning strategies and theory
- Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools
- Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners
- Skills with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools, and LMS platforms
- Ability to work autonomously
Preferred Skills
- Ability to absorb complex information and convert into clear objectives
- Experience with scenario-based and authentic learning
- Strong listening and collaborative problem-solving skills
