Training & Development Program Manager
Seeking a Training & Development Program Manager to manage the training and development program for its next global group. This role will coordinate trainee development across vocal, dance, performance, music, wellness, and education while partnering closely with Creative, Casting, A&R, instructors, and project leadership to support each trainee's growth and overall readiness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an integrated training and development program aligned with the project's creative direction, music goals, and debut timeline
- Coordinate training schedules across vocal, dance, performance, language, fitness, music, media, and other development areas
- Identify, onboard, and manage internal and external instructors, coaches, studios, and training partners
- Establish individual development plans, short- and long-term goals, and measurable progress benchmarks for each trainee
- Monitor trainee progress through evaluations, observations, instructor feedback, and performance assessments
- Partner with Creative, Casting, and A&R to evaluate trainee potential, development needs, group chemistry, and projected readiness
- Organize regular trainee evaluations, review sessions, workshops, and development camps
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, evaluations, development plans, instructor feedback, and trainee progress
- Manage training facilities, program logistics, schedules, vendors, and approved budgets
- Serve as a primary point of contact for trainees, parents, guardians, instructors, and internal stakeholders regarding program-related matters
- Identify development concerns, performance gaps, or behavioral risks and escalate them to project leadership as appropriate
