Training Program Support Medford MA 6 Months
Please note that 440 Riverside in Medford is the correct address for primary worksite. Chance of contractors travelling to the other sites listed is minimal. In these cases, they will be accompanied by a T employee in a client vehicle. Scheduled Hours: The Roadway Worker Protection (RWP) training site requires approximately 61 hours of weekly coverage. Individual contractors will be scheduled for up to 37.5 hours per week, with coverage distributed accordingly and coordinated between the Supervisor and Employee. Please note that scheduled hours may shift based on operational need.
Location/Schedule
The Roadway Worker Protection (RWP) training site operations include primarily daytime coverage, with occasional overnight sessions. To avoid unsafe rest gaps while offering the opportunity for contractors to achieve a full work week, contractors assigned to overnight coverage may be scheduled for split shifts or partial day assignments on adjacent days. Overnight coverage requirements may be met through rotational scheduling among contractors and/or support from permanent staff and are not guaranteed to occur weekly for any individual contractor.

Detailed Description of Services:

Data Entry and Administrative Support
Operate common office equipment, including scanners, copiers, computers, and printers to support daily training record processing.
Type and enter data quickly, accurately, and consistently.
Coordinate sensitive, confidential topics and/or projects and prepare reports.
Input daily attendance data from paper forms into designated electronic systems.
Scan, name, organize, and file documents according to established policies and procedures. Archive documents in accordance with organizational procedures.
Track the status of assigned documents from receipt through completion.
Assist with RWP training project that requires large volumes of data entry
Search files, folders, and electronic systems to locate records and verify information.
Review forms and records for missing, unclear, or inconsistent information.
Flag data errors, incomplete records, or discrepancies for follow-up and intervention.
Demonstrate exceptional organization skills and maintain a hybrid paper/electronic work environment.
Tech Support
Assist employees with basic iPad troubleshooting (e.g., connectivity issues, app access, navigation)
Provide guidance on routine iPad setup and basic functions for daily use.
Help identify and report recurring iPad issues for further technical review or IT intervention.
Other Duties / Responsibilities
Strong computer skills are needed.

Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
