Your job will be focused on building MGP UI – a next‑generation control plane that brings configuration, experimentation and operational tooling into a single cohesive interface for our products. This is a greenfield project where you’ll define the architecture, set technical standards and shape how the team works. We’re looking for someone who is AI‑native. You’ve integrated LLMs into your daily workflow – for coding, documentation, learning and thinking through problems. But it goes beyond personal productivity: you’re excited about building AI‑powered features into products. Natural language interfaces, assistants that reduce cognitive load for users. You understand that AI is a tool with sharp edges – you know its failure modes, you validate its outputs and you can teach others to use it effectively. About the role: Own the architecture of MGP UI – make foundational decisions on stack, patterns and boundaries that will scale with the product. Write production Type Script – backend services, APIs and full‑stack features when needed. Integrate AI into workflows – both internal tooling and product features. Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews and raise the technical bar across the team. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, data and platform teams. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software engineering. Deep Type Script expertise – generics, conditional types, mapped types, type inference, type‑safe API design. Backend architecture experience – scalable services, distributed systems, Postgre SQL, message queues, caching. AI fluency – you actively use Claude, GPT, Copilot or similar tools in your daily work and can articulate where AI helps and where it fails. Strong communication – clear RFCs, constructive code reviews, ability to explain decisions to non‑technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience with React / Next.Js for full‑stack work. UI/UX sensibility – you care about how interfaces feel, not just how they function. Experience with design systems, accessibility or working closely with designers is a plus. Familiarity with ad tech domain (RTB, programmatic, exchange mechanics). Contributions to open‑source Type Script libraries or tooling. Interest in functional programming patterns applied to Type Script.
