Role Summary

STAFFXPERT is seeking an experienced UI Lead (React.js) to lead the design, architecture, and development of modern enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have 8 12+ years of frontend development experience with deep expertise in React.js and a proven track record of leading UI teams, building reusable component libraries, establishing frontend standards, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams while mentoring developers and driving frontend best practices.

Required Qualifications

8 12+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with React.js in enterprise environments.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Material UI (MUI), Styled Components, and responsive UI development.
Strong state management experience using Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
Experience building reusable component libraries using Storybook.
Strong knowledge of modern frontend build tools including Webpack.
Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous data.
Expertise with unit testing frameworks including Jest and React Testing Library.
Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and accessibility standards.
Experience leading frontend teams and mentoring developers.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
