Role Description The UI/UX Designer role at FasterPay is a full-time, on-site position based in Curitiba, PR. This role involves designing intuitive user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences for FasterPay's web and mobile products. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, collaborating with product managers and developers, and refining designs based on user feedback and data. The UI/UX Designer will ensure visual consistency across products, contribute to design systems, and participate in usability testing and iterative improvements. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered payment solutions that align with FasterPay's brand and business goals. Qualifications
  • Strong skills in user experience design (UED), including user flows, wireframes, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in visual design and mockups, with the ability to create clean, modern, and accessible interfaces.
  • Experience with prototyping tools and methods for building and testing interactive product concepts.
  • Basic to intermediate front-end development knowledge (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile applications, preferably in fintech or digital payments.
  • Ability to conduct or interpret user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design choices to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
