BAE Systems is seeking a self-motivated and experienced senior program manager to oversee a portfolio of $500M in undersea and acoustic sensor projects. This role is within our Tactical Systems Product Line, supporting the Maritime Sensors & Systems Product Area in the development and production of equipment to meet the growing demand in the US government for undersea sensor and anti-submarine warfare systems. This position has the responsibility for the leadership and management oversight of cross-functional project teams assuring that project's financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved while meeting all contractual commitments.
The successful Program Manager will have the opportunity to grow with this portfolio and provide leadership to and be supported by mid-level Program Managers as additional projects are on-boarded. The candidate must be able to work effectively and collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, FAST Labs technologists, customers, and functional leadership to assure deliveries continue to exceed customer commitments and achievement of financial commitments to the company. Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes projects for transition to production and production of undersea and acoustic transducer equipment. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
