Unit4 Developer at BairesDev
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customizations within the Unit4 ERP environment to support complex project and financial workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Unit4 ERP and external systems using APIs and web services.
- Optimize People Experience modules to improve organizational productivity and user engagement.
- Create and refine automated approval workflows and business processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Build tailored reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for finance and HR teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate industry-specific requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in ERP development or CRM systems.
- Proven expertise in customizing and extending Unit4 ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Unit4 People Experience and core modules.
- Proficiency in developing and managing integrations for professional services and non-profit organizations.
- Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle management and data migration.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
