Job Description

• Design and implement robust Unity-based tools to streamline the creation of slot game prototypes, leveraging Unity's component system.
• Develop customizable and reusable Game Templates that can serve as the foundation for various slot game projects.
• Build, develop and maintain modular, reusable game-building systems and other Unity-based solutions supporting game development and the Company's products.
• Design, develop and enhance application features and supporting systems using C# in the Unity environment.
• Develop and maintain Unity applications targeting WebGL, ensuring high performance, stability and compatibility across browser environments.
• Collaborate on the integration of Unity applications with web technologies, including JavaScript and HTML, to support WebGL deployments and browser-based functionality.
• Work closely with game designers, developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Analyze, optimize and improve existing solutions, with a particular focus on the performance, scalability and maintainability of Unity and WebGL applications.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for tools, templates, systems and implemented functionalities.
• Support the onboarding of new team members by sharing technical knowledge, development standards and best practices.
• Participate in technical recruitment activities by supporting candidate assessments and technical interviews when required.
• Stay updated with the latest Unity, WebGL and game development trends to continuously improve development processes and technical solutions.
• Perform other software development activities consistent with the nature of the role, the employee's qualifications and the Company's business needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Unity, including a deep understanding of Unity's component-based architecture, editor tools and scripting in C#.
• Experience developing Unity applications for WebGL, with a good understanding of browser-based performance considerations.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML for integrating Unity applications with web technologies.
• Strong experience in developing scalable, modular and reusable systems for game development.
• Experience in developing 2D/3D games, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to document technical solutions and communicate technical knowledge effectively.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to support knowledge sharing, onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing slot games or internal game development tools.
• Experience optimizing Unity applications for WebGL.
• Experience with browser-based technologies and Unity WebGL integration.
• Experience supporting technical recruitment or mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes.
