User Interface Designer

Position OverviewWe are looking for a talented Senior UI Designer to create visually engaging, intuitive, and high-performing digital interfaces for our iGaming platform. This role is responsible for translating product requirements and user flows into polished user interfaces that enhance player engagement, usability, and conversion.You will work closely with creative leader/ designers, Developers, Branding, CRM, and Marketing teams to deliver consistent, scalable, and user-centric experiences across web and mobile ResponsibilitiesUI DesignDesign modern, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile wireframes, user flows, and business requirements into high-fidelity UI designs.Create responsive layouts optimized for desktop and mobile devices.Ensure consistency across all products through reusable design components.Design SystemBuild, maintain, and continuously improve the company Design System.Develop reusable UI components, style guides, icon libraries, and interaction visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing/ creative team during product discovery and feature planning.Collaborate with Front-end Engineers to ensure accurate UI validation and design reviews.Partner with Branding and Marketing teams to align product interfaces with brand identity.User Experience SupportContribute ideas to improve usability, accessibility, and user engagement.Identify UI improvements based on analytics, customer feedback, and business objectives.Participate in usability testing and design iteration when required.DocumentationPrepare developer-ready Figma files.Document components, specifications, spacing, typography, and interaction behaviors.Maintain organized design assets and libraries.Requirements5+ years of experience as a UI DesignerStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital product interfaces.Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:Auto LayoutComponentsVariantsDesign SystemsInteractive PrototypesStrong understanding of:Visual hierarchyTypographyColor systemsGrid layoutsResponsive designAccessibility principlesExperience working closely with developers and product teams.Ability to create developer-ready UI attention to detail.Strong communication and presentation skills.Professional English QualificationsExperience designing for iGaming, FinTech, eCommerce, or high-traffic consumer with Design with user behavior analytics tools (Hotjar, Clarity, Google Analytics, etc.).Knowledge of Material Design or Human Interface Guidelines.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development workflows.Motion or micro-interaction design experience is a plus
