Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces for our ATS, HRMS, CRM, and Recruitment Management Software. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality enterprise SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive and visually appealing web applications using modern front-end technologies.
Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
Build reusable UI components and maintain a scalable front-end architecture.
Integrate REST APIs with front-end applications.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Ensure compatibility across multiple browsers and devices.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate business logic.
Work with QA teams to identify and resolve UI-related issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Maintain technical documentation and reusable code libraries.
Implement accessibility and usability best practices.
Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
25 years of professional experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer.
Strong understanding of responsive web development principles.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Create reusable UI components for enterprise applications.
Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements.
Integrate APIs with front-end applications.
Improve user experience through responsive and intuitive designs.
Optimize page loading performance and application responsiveness.
Resolve UI defects and participate in sprint planning.
Follow secure coding and development best practices.
Support production deployments and troubleshoot UI-related issues.
