JOB DESCRIPTION:
Chức năng công việc chính/ Primary Job Function:
- Chịu trách nhiệm trước TP. KTCĐ về công tác thẩm định./ Responsible with Engineering manager on the qualification
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để thực hiện tốt các kế hoạch thẩm định./ Coordination with other department to good implementation on the qualification plan
- Soạn thảo các SOP, đề cương liên quan đến hoạt động thẩm định máy móc, thiết bị và khu vực./ Prepare SOP, protocol related to qualification of machines – equipments and areas.
Trách nhiệm công việc cốt lỗi/ Core Job Responsibilities:
- Theo dõi, thực hiện và báo cáo với Trưởng phòng về công tác thẩm định đối với máy móc thiết bị, hệ thống tiện ích và khu vực sản xuất của nhà máy./ Follow, implementation and report to Head of department on the qualification of machines, utilities system and areas of manufacturing.
- Tham gia, hỗ trợ công việc của phòng kỹ thuật thuộc dây chuyền sản xuất, hệ thống phụ trợ phục vụ cho sản xuất khi công việc thẩm định hoàn tất./ Join, support engineering team on production line and utilities system serviced for production when the qualification implementation was complete.
Thực hiện các hoạt động thẩm định trong suốt vòng đời thiết bị và hệ thống tiện ích, bao gồm rà soát URS, hỗ trợ DQ, thực hiện FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ và tái thẩm định định kỳ./ Lifecycle qualification execution: Execute qualification activities throughout equipment and utility lifecycle including URS review, DQ support, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ execution and periodic requalification.
Tham gia các dự án đầu tư và các thay đổi kỹ thuật để đảm bảo các yêu cầu thẩm định được tích hợp trong giai đoạn thiết kế, lắp đặt và chạy thử./ Project engineering participation: Participate in capital projects and engineering changes to ensure qualification requirements are incorporated during design, installation and commissioning phases.
Soạn thảo và duy trì các quy trình thẩm định, báo cáo và tài liệu kỹ thuật tuân thủ GMP, EU-GMP, yêu cầu của Hệ thống Chất lượng Abbott và các yêu cầu pháp lý hiện hành./ GMP Documentation: Prepare and maintain qualification protocols, reports and technical documentation in compliance with GMP, EU-GMP and Abbott Quality System requirements and applicable regulatory expectations.
Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các hoạt động điều tra, sai lệch, CAPA và kiểm soát thay đổi liên quan đến thiết bị và hệ thống tiện ích đã được thẩm định./ Deviation / CAPA Support: Provide technical support for investigations, deviations, CAPAs and change controls involving qualified equipment and utility systems.
Hỗ trợ các cuộc đánh giá nội bộ, đánh giá tập đoàn và thanh tra của cơ quan quản lý liên quan đến thiết bị, cơ sở vật chất và hệ thống tiện ích đã được thẩm định./ Regulatory inspections: Support internal audits, corporate audits and regulatory inspections related to qualified equipment, facilities and utility systems.
Trách nhiệm/ phạm vi vị trí/ Position Accountability/Scope:
- Chịu trách nhiệm cùng với quản lý kỹ thuật về hệ thống thẩm định và đánh giá hệ thống/ Responsible with Engineering manager on the system validation and qualifications.
- Chuẩn bị SOP, quy trình liên quan đến thẩm định và kiểm định máy móc – thiết bị/Prepare SOP, protocol related to validation and qualification of machines – equipment’s and areas
Học vấn tối thiểu/ Minimum Education:
- Tốt nghiệp đại học (chuyên ngành điện, điện tử, cơ khí…)/ University graduate (electrical, electronics, mechanical engineering ...)
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm / đào tạo tối thiểu/ Minimum Experience/Training Required:
- Có tối thiểu 5-10 năm kinh nghiệm trong công tác thẩm định các máy móc thiết bị và các thiết bị phụ trợ (hệ thống HVAC, khí nén, nước tinh khiết …) phục vụ cho sản xuất dược phẩm / At least 5 to 10 years’ experience invalidation, Calibration, and qualification of machines and other utilities equipment (HVAC, compressor, purified water systems….) for pharmaceutical production
- Sử dụng tốt ngoại ngữ tiếng Anh phục vụ công việc./ Good English for the job
- Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint và các phần mềm Kỹ Thuật phục vụ công việc./ Be proficient in office computer: word, excel, access, power point and other software serviced for job
