Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President – Staff Augmentation to lead our
staffing business, drive strategic growth, and build long-term client partnerships. The ideal
candidate is a proven leader with extensive experience in IT/Non-IT staffing, business
development, client management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and scale the Staff Augmentation business across key markets.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the Staff Augmentation business—from market research and lead generation to client acquisition, contract negotiations, delivery coordination, account growth, and long-term customer success.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Build, manage, and strengthen enterprise client relationships.
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing recruitment and delivery teams.
- Ensure operational excellence, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership on business planning, forecasting, and market expansion.
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications :
• 10+ years of experience in Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, or Workforce Solutions.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large teams and delivering against ambitious business goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
