Key Responsibilities


Visual Design & Creative Development

  • Conceptualize and create visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and brand communications.
  • Develop creative concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and visual directions for campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Design static and motion creatives for digital platforms.


Video Editing & Production

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional content.
  • Create engaging reels, shorts, ads, explainers, and promotional videos.
  • Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, captions, sound effects, and background music where appropriate.
  • Optimize content formats for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.


Collaboration & Content Execution

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and creative requirements.
  • Translate creative briefs into impactful visual and video content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and content formats.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or video editing.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience creating social media creatives, digital ads, and branded content.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.


Good to Have

  • Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.
  • Experience working with AI-powered creative tools.
