Technical Solution Architect / Project Lead

Role Summary
Serves as the operational delivery owner. Combines technical architecture leadership with day-to-day project management, and acts as the primary liaison for platform and deployment coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Lead synthesis of findings into the Strategic Brief.
Drive Baseline Information Architecture and full Sitemap mapping to the Drupal platform.
Oversee research methodology and synthesis quality across stakeholder research activities.
Lead mockup-to-Drupal architecture mapping for Key Page Mockups.
Own delivery and acceptance of all seven Phase 2 milestones.
Coordinate sub-site dependencies and platform alignment with Maryland DoIT.
Score and prioritize UX recommendations for feasibility.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end build delivery across all seven Phase 3 milestones.
Architect the migration strategy and scripting approach for up to 500 high-priority pages.
Own the QA strategy and test plan for site testing and verification.
Oversee performance, load, and security testing.
Lead hyper-care triage and engineering coordination.
Author governance documentation and the DoIT operating model.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of technical architecture experience.
5+ years of hands-on Drupal or enterprise CMS platform leadership.
5+ years of operational project management experience.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale content migrations.
Prior delivery on state, federal, or regulated digital programs.
Demonstrated experience coordinating with external platform or infrastructure teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Acquia Certified Site Builder, Developer, or Solutions Architect.
state agency program experience.
Acquia or Pantheon hosting environment experience.
