Job Summary (Walmart Backend Java Developer):
- 12-month contract-to-hire (CTH) position with potential for conversion
- Onsite role in Bentonville, AR (3-4 days/week); immediate relocation required
- $65/hr W2; must be US Citizen or Green Card holder and work on Apex's payroll
- Backend Java development using Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with unit and functional testing
- Some hands-on experience coding with AI
- Strong communication skills for effective team interaction
- Looking for candidates with hunger, curiosity, and ambition
- Nice to have:
- Fullstack development experience, especially with React
- Prior Walmart experience following PMO guidance (must have at least 6 months service gap)
