We're looking for a Frontend Developer (Creative Technology Associate) to join a multidisciplinary team focused on digital production, DCO, asset automation, and ad tech integrations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Creative Technology, Ad Tech Production, or front-end development applied to digital campaigns. Location: Mexico CityWork model: Hybrid (4 days in office)Language: Professional English proficiency required (B2 Level) What you'll doSupport omni-channel campaigns across programmatic, social, and video.Work with digital assets, ad formats, and DCO tools.Develop or adapt creatives using HTML, CSS, and Java Script.Participate in QA, troubleshooting, tagging, asset tracking, and ad server llaborate with creative, tech, media, and project management teams.Work with platforms such as Google GMP (DCM, GWD), Celtra, Clinch, Innovid, Smartly, Jivox, Bannerflow. What we're looking for~3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years working at a Creative, Ad Tech and or Digital Agency Knowledge of digital creative best practices and deliverables.~ Digital Creative Development (front-end) or relevant ad technology background with 3+ years experience.~ Strong understanding of digital production, IAB formats, and dynamic creatives (DCO tools).~ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java Script.~ Familiarity with tools like Git Hub, Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet, Asana.~ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects).~ Detail-oriented with strong QA mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Nice to haveExperience working with APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON).Python or similar programming language.Knowledge of CMS, databases, Excel (advanced), or product feeds.Experience with DCO, asset automation, or feed-based campaigns.
