We’re looking for a Frontend Developer (Creative Technology Associate) to join a multidisciplinary team focused on digital production, DCO, asset automation, and ad tech integrations.

What you’ll do Support omni-channel campaigns across programmatic, social, and video. Work with digital assets, ad formats, and DCO tools. Develop or adapt creatives using HTML, CSS, and Java Script. Participate in QA, troubleshooting, tagging, asset tracking, and ad server integrations. Collaborate with creative, tech, media, and project management teams. Work with platforms such as Google GMP (DCM, GWD), Celtra, Clinch, Innovid, Smartly, Jivox, Bannerflow. What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years working at a Creative, Ad Tech, and/or Digital Agency; knowledge of digital creative best practices and deliverables. Digital Creative Development (front-end) or relevant ad technology background with 3+ years experience. Strong understanding of digital production, IAB formats, and dynamic creatives (DCO tools). Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script. Familiarity with tools like Git Hub, Jira, Airtable, Smartsheet, Asana. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects). Detail-oriented with strong QA mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Nice to have: Experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON). Python or similar programming language. Knowledge of CMS, databases, Excel (advanced), or product feeds. Experience with DCO, asset automation, or feed-based campaigns.
