About the Role
Ananta Altitude is looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable web applications, solving real-world business problems, and working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
You will work closely with the founders and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and enhance digital products that support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal business platforms.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance front-end interfaces.
- Develop and integrate back-end services, APIs, and databases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in web application development.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and deployment workflows.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and hosting environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
