This is an exciting opportunity for a keen developer who enjoys variety, autonomy and solving complex technical challenges. Working across a diverse portfolio of client projects, you'll be responsible for developing bespoke websites and digital solutions, supporting existing platforms and contributing to the ongoing evolution of the agency's technical offering.
The successful candidate will be someone who combines strong technical capability with a proactive mindset, enjoys collaborating with colleagues across multiple disciplines and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Longer term, there will also be opportunities to become more involved in client discussions, helping to translate technical concepts into practical business
solutions.
Full-time from offices in central Norwich. With a salary offered between £30,000- £36,000 DOE.

The Day-to-Day
- Developing bespoke WordPress websites and functionality.
- Building responsive front-end solutions using HTML, CSS/SCSS and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Creating and maintaining API integrations.
- Supporting and enhancing existing client websites and web applications.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Managing website deployments and version control processes.
- Supporting website security, hosting and domain management activities.
- Assisting with project scoping and development quotations.
- Producing technical documentation and supporting project handovers.
- Monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver projects on time and to specification.
- Supporting clients with technical recommendations and best-practice guidance.
You Will Have / Be
- Commercial experience in a Web Developer position.
- Strong HTML, CSS and SCSS skills.
- Solid JavaScript and jQuery experience.
- Tailwind CSS & Laravel development (desirable).
- Proven experience delivering bespoke WordPress development projects.
- Experience working with API integrations.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Bitbucket or Git.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A proactive mindset and desire to continually develop your skills.
