Overview
Prepare and implement web solutions, including server optimization and e‑commerce development. Maintain and test existing code, provide documentation and security controls.
Languages
English or French
Education
- College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience
2 years to less than 3 years
On site
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance
- Write, modify and test website-related code
- Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required
- Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements
- Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls
- Write, modify, integrate and test software code for e‑commerce and other Internet applications
