As a Web Developer, you are responsible for the design and analysis of system enhancements, coordination with business users as needed, user training support, and creation of functional and technical documents.Job Description
We are looking for a Web Developer who will be involve in systems development maintenance of on-prem, cloud applications and includes mentoring and coaching of other developers. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.
What You'll Do
Mentor team members and share knowledge related to providing technical support for ERP applications, primarily for Human Capital Management, across various platforms
Work closely with project team members, business analysts, QA, and end users to ensure adherence to functional and technical requirements
Adapt emerging technologies and techniques to implement new systems/solutions
Implement ways to reuse solutions across projects.
Perform design and development of applications according to requirements
Design, code, and maintain systems based on established standards
Understand requirements and develop design specifications
Perform design reviews and recommend improvements
Write clear codes and prepare coding documentations
Provide technical assistance to other developers as needed
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner
Develop forms, reports, database procedures, UNIX shell scripts, workflows, alerts, integration scripts
Modify/Enhance existing codes for new functionalities and optimization
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 8 years of experience in the implementation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly in HRMS (HR, Payroll and Benefits modules) and Financials (GL, AP, CM, TR, AR modules)
Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts
Experience in the custom application design and development and its integration into the main Oracle E-Business Suite
At least 6 years of experience and advanced knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL; can create complex SQL scripts
Solid years of experience in Oracle Workflow
Solid years of experience in Oracle Reporting Tools (e.g. XML Publisher, Oracle Reports Builder, html Reporting)
Solid years of experience in data analysis, data integration, data conversion / migration
Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and utilization in system development projects
Familiar with the Agile Methodology, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and GIT
Experience in integration using any of the following is a plus
Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA, Routing, SOAP/REST web services, Python, Javascript, JSON, XML, YAML
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
