In this role, you will play a key part in creating high-impact websites for service-based businesses. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design , a strong focus on user experience (UI/UX) , and the ability to optimize websites for maximum conversions .
Key Responsibilities
Website Development: Build, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress Elementor , ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and optimization. UI/UX Design: Develop intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience and drive lead generation. Conversion Optimization: Apply best practices in web design to improve website performance and maximize customer acquisition. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and account management teams to deliver seamless, on-brand websites. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure smooth website functionality. Requirements
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in WordPress Elementor and essential plugins. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and front-end development principles. Familiarity with SEO best practices and website speed optimization. Design Skills:
A keen eye for modern design and layout principles. Ability to create visually engaging, conversion-focused websites. Experience:
Minimum 2 years of web development experience , preferably in a marketing agency. Proven track record of building high-performing websites for service-based industries. Soft Skills:
