In 2023, we ran the first legal psilocybin retreat in US history.

NPS of 89, with the majority saying their Odyssey experience ranks among the top five most meaningful experiences in their entire lives.
Odyssey is a Public Benefit Corporation at seed stage, led by Gabe Charalambides (Stanford Aero/Astro + MBA; Cape, acquired by Motorola) and backed by top-tier investors who believe psychedelics will transform mental healthcare.
We\'re building something that didn\'t exist two years ago. And we need people who want to build with us.
About the RoleWe need a Webflow Designer/Developer who can own our web presence end-to-end—from \"here\'s what we\'re trying to accomplish\" to live, polished pages that convert.
This is not a \"receive wireframes and execute\" role. You\'ll get a business objective (\"we need a landing page for our new retreat location\") and you\'ll run with it: figure out the approach, design it beautifully, build it in Webflow, and ship it without breaking anything. You\'ll touch everything—growth experiments, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, product pages.
The work matters. You\'ll be shaping how people first encounter legal psychedelic therapy in the US. Get it right and you\'ll help someone find something that changes their life.
About the TeamWe\'re a small, fully remote team spread across the US, Mexico, Colombia, England, and Israel. You\'ll join our Growth Team, reporting to the Head of Growth and collaborating across marketing, sales, and product.
We work US Eastern hours (our Growth leadership is based in Medellín), so we need significant overlap with that timezone. We\'re particularly open to candidates based in Latin America.
The people who thrive here are self-directed, low-ego, and comfortable with ambiguity. We\'re building a company and an industry at the same time—there\'s no playbook. If that sounds exhausting, this isn\'t the role. If it sounds exciting, let\'s talk.
What You\'ll DoYou\'ll own our web presence—the first thing most people see when they encounter legal psychedelic therapy.
The essentials:
A note on location: We\'re a remote team that runs on US Eastern time. Several of us are based in Medellín, Colombia and we\'re actively looking to grow our Latin American presence. If you\'re in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or anywhere in the region with strong ET overlap, we\'d especially love to hear from you.
How You\'ll WorkProjects will range from \"here\'s a complete design, build it\" to \"we need a page that does X, figure it out.\" Most will be closer to the second.
You\'ll collaborate with the team but largely own your projects end-to-end. We expect you to ask smart questions, push back when something doesn\'t make sense, and ship work you\'re proud of.
Quality and attention to detail matter more than speed. But speed is still nice.
Role FitThis role is for you if: You want ownership, not instructions. You\'re more excited by \"figure it out\" than \"follow the spec.\" You care about craft but don\'t let perfectionism kill momentum. You want your work to matter.
This role is probably not for you if: You prefer detailed briefs and clear swim lanes. You want a large team with specialized roles. You need a lot of feedback loops before you feel confident shipping.
Compensation & HoursThis is a part-time role to start—approximately 20 hours per week. Hourly rate is $25–$50/hour depending on experience and location.
We\'re a growing company, and this role has a clear path to full-time with benefits as our needs expand. We\'re looking for someone who\'s excited to grow with us.
