Welding Robot Operator

As a Welding Robot Operator, you will work with automated welding equipment in a state-of-the-art production facility. You will be responsible for operating welding robots, monitoring production quality, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring every product meets exceptionally high manufacturing standards.
Previous welding robot experience is advantageous, but not essential. Candidates with strong sheet metal or precision metal fabrication experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• 56+ years' experience in sheet metal or metal fabrication.
• Experience within machine building, aerospace, precision engineering, fine metalworking, or similar precision manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A structured, methodical approach to work.
• Fluent in Afrikaans or Dutch
• Welding robot operating experience is advantageous but not required.
• Candidates should ideally be under 30 years of age to meet the Highly Skilled Migrant visa requirements.
