Kapable is looking for a WordPress Developer + Growth Tech Associate who can help us build high-performing digital experiences that drive traffic, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Build and manage WordPress pages & landing pages.
● Improve website speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
● Work on SEO implementation and on-page optimization.
● Handle plugins, integrations, and website maintenance.
● Support growth campaigns alongside marketing and content teams.
● Experiment with AI tools, automations, and conversion improvements.
● Contribute ideas to improve website performance and digital journeys.

Preferred Experience
● 6 months to 2 years of experience in WordPress/web-related roles.
● Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and basic SEO.
● Basic understanding of responsiveness, page speed, and UX.
● HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
● Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, HubSpot, Zapier, Webflow, or AI tools is a bonus.
