Wordpress & Webflow Web Developer (Remote, Mexico-based)
Job Overview :
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities :
- Website Development : Build and maintain dynamic websites using Wordpress and Webflow , ensuring scalability, performance, and responsiveness.
- Custom Design Implementation : Transform design mockups into functional, aesthetically pleasing websites while adhering to branding guidelines.
- Content Management : Update and manage website content to ensure alignment with current marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Plugin and Integration Management : Implement and manage plugins, themes, and third-party tools to enhance website capabilities.
- Testing and Troubleshooting : Conduct extensive testing across devices and browsers to ensure usability and resolve technical issues.
- SEO Optimization : Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Collaboration : Work with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to align website objectives with InVitro Capital’s mission.
- Performance Monitoring : Continuously optimize website speed, functionality, and performance to provide an exceptional user experience.
Requirements :
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience developing websites using Wordpress and Webflow.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.
- Experience with CMS customization, plugin integration, and theme development.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with website performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
