- Champion best practices in code quality, security, and maintainability within the Ruby development team.
- Drive innovation by exploring and integrating new Ruby gems, tools, and methodologies into existing and future projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, providing technical insights and recommendations, and ensuring the successful delivery of Ruby projects.Here's what we are looking for:- 4+ years of experience with Ruby.
- Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLID and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions.
- Extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
- IT infrastructure knowledge.
