Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience leading
data conversion workstreams
, including data analysis, transformation, validation, and production deployment across enterprise systems. Technical & Professional Qualifications Workday Certification (Data Conversion) or ability to obtain certification. Proficiency with
ETL concepts and tooling
, including
SQL/My SQL, XML, Excel
, and related data manipulation technologies. Hands-on experience with
Workday data conversion tools
(e.g., i Load, EIB, Advanced Load). Strong understanding of the
end-to-end implementation lifecycle
, including: Data requirements definition Data extraction and transformation Data loading and reconciliation Cutover and move to production Experience collaborating with
cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders
to resolve data quality and conversion issues. Demonstrated experience
mapping, transforming, and loading data
from source systems into target enterprise platforms.
