Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing team building modern, scalable software solutions for leading North American organizations. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates located anywhere in Canada.
If you are a creative, self‑motivated engineer with strong user‑centric problem‑solving skills and a passion for building high‑quality software across web, mobile, and cloud platforms, this opportunity is an excellent fit. We’re looking for a seasoned technical leader with deep experience in backend and frontend development, data engineering, cloud technologies, and Workday integrations, as well as strong collaboration and communication abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Java.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript.
- 3+ years working with AWS cloud services.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Workday integrations.
- 1+ year of expertise with Workday HR modules.
- Experience collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders to shape requirements.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Experience with: Workday Extend, Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Database experience with SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Machine learning exposure, including: Python, MCP, Bedrock, PyTorch, LangChain.
